1. No Parties or Events Parties, events, large gatherings, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance by the host. 2. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of surrounding neighbors, especially when using the outdoor deck, yard, or driveway areas. 3. Registered Guests Only The home may only be occupied by the number of guests included in the reservation. Additional overnight guests or visitors must be approved by the host before arrival. 4. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not allowed inside the home. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage fees. 5. Pets Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing before the stay. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of the reservation. 6. Septic / Plumbing Care Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, cotton balls, or other items should be flushed, even if labeled “flushable.” 7. Trash Please place all trash in the designated outdoor bins before checkout. Do not leave trash outside the bins, as it can attract pests and wildlife. 8. Parking Please park only in the designated driveway/parking areas. Do not block neighboring properties, roads, or access points. Boat/trailer parking must be approved in advance. 9. Outdoor Areas Guests are welcome to enjoy the deck and outdoor spaces. Please bring cushions, games, and personal items inside or secure them during high winds or bad weather. 10. Fire, Grill, and Outdoor Cooking Please use grills or outdoor cooking equipment safely and never leave them unattended. Make sure all flames, coals, or heat sources are fully extinguished after use. 11. Respect the Home Please treat the property with care. Report any damage, spills, or issues as soon as possible so we can address them quickly. 12. Doors, Windows, and AC Please keep doors and windows closed while the AC or heat is running. Before leaving the home, make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked. 13. Checkout Checkout is by 10:00 am. Please follow the checkout instructions provided before departure. Late checkout must be approved in advance. 14. Rule Violations Violation of house rules may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund, depending on the situation.

Guests have full access to the full house except for one locked owners closet. Guests do not have access to the garage.
